view words with 6 letters length;
solve nonograms not larger than 20 x 20;

In order to have access to all database, you need to register your copy of the program.

Scrabble® SOWPODS	Based on the Official Scrabble Players Dictionary and Official Scrabble Words. It is used in the World Scrabble Championships in the British and in the Australia, New Zealand, Malta and Emirates tournaments.
Scrabble® ODS4	L’Officiel du Scrabble, full French ODS4 lexicon. It is used in the World Scrabble Championships in French.
ENABLE	The Enhanced North American Benchmark LEexicon (ENABLE) is a public domain list of English words, mainly intended for use by Scrabble players.

Cross+A can use language modules from Microsoft Office 97/2000 for spell checking. If Microsoft Office is not installed on your computer, or you use the other version of Microsoft Office, you can download spell checking components from our web-site:

Starting from the version 7.08, Cross+A supports GNU Aspell (http://aspell.net). GNU Aspell is a Free and Open Source spell checker designed to eventually replace Ispell. It can either be used as a library or as an independent spell checker.

The latest binaries of GNU ASpell for Windows and the precompiled dictionaries can be downloaded from the web-site of the project.
